The use case that we are going to discuss here is where :

• The consumer already has an offerid that is deemed eligible for an action by customer
• The intent of the customer is available, eg: to add / remove the subscription to/from the account

With above contextual information available, the consumer can directly request for consent/review details to present to customer. Once the customer agrees to review , we can submit the order.

The steps here are

1. To request for consent/review terms for an offer and action
2. To submit the order once customer agrees to it.
