Customer Visibility

  • Customer Visibility is a special kind of Config Project.

Customer Visibility Dashboard page

  • Click on "Customer Visibility" project from the left navigation bar to navigate to the Customer Visibility Dashboard page.
  • On the dashboard, there are two tables:

Attributes Available for Modification

  • This table consists of 13 attributes that can be modified by the user.

Attributes Unavailable for Modification

  • This table is a read-only table and lists attributes that cannot be modified by the user.

Customer Visibility Modify page

  • When the user clicks on any attribute in the Attribute Available for Modification table, they will be re-directed to the Customer Visibility Modify page.
  • The selected attribute's details will be displayed in a table format.
  • Depending on the selected attribute, either three or four tables will be displayed on the Customer Visibility Modify page. These tables are:
  1. Global List
  2. Central Exception
  3. NED Exception
  4. West Exception
  • All four tables has "Add New" and "Remove" buttons.

Global List

  • Clicking on the "Add New" button adds a new row where the user can enter the required details.
  • The user must fill in all the required fields before adding another row.
  • Selecting any row(s) and clicking on the "Remove" button will delete the selected row(s).

Central Exception

  • Clicking on the "Add New" button adds a new row.
  • The user must fill in all the required fields before adding another row.
  • Selecting any row(s) and clicking on the "Remove" button will delete the selected row(s).

NED Exception

  • Clicking on the "Add New" button adds a new row.
  • The user must fill in all the required fields before adding another row.
  • Selecting any row(s) and clicking on the "Remove" button will delete the selected row(s).

West Exception

  • Clicking on the "Add New" button adds a new row.
  • The user must fill in all the required fields before adding another row.
  • Selecting any row(s) and clicking on the "Remove" button will delete the selected row(s).
Key-highlights
  • When a new row is added for Central Exception, NED Exception and West Exception table, the ELOC Market ID column will be pre-populated with 11592, 11599 and 8617 respectively.
  • If the user tries to edit the Eloc Market ID, an inline error message will be displayed and the user will not be allowed to modify it.
  • For "Ancillary Services" attribute the Global List is read only table containing the Ancillary Service Product Number.

Existing Group

  • Click on "Submit" button at the end of the page to save all your changes.
Key-highlights
  • Click on the options icon located at the top-right corner of the table to access a list of download options. The table data can be downloaded in the desired format, such as CSV, PDF, or Excel.

Read only user

  • Users those who doesn't have write permission will see the "Add New", "Remove" and "Save" buttons disabled in the Edit page.
  • Also, the existing rules of that project can only be viewed and can't be edited.
