How to Register

• To register, click on the "Register" link in the login page.

This application is only supported on Google Chrome.

- User needs to the fill in the form with all necessary details such as "First Name", "Last Name", "Email", "Password", "Confirm Password" and "Tenant". - Password should have the below :
a.Password must be at least 8 characters.
b.Contain at least 1 numeric character.
c. Contain at least 1 special character.
d. Contain at least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase alphabet character.

• If the username or email is already registered, then user may see such error. Always try to use the username/email that is not used with any other login.

• Once successfully registered, user gets the success message and will be redirected to the login page in 5 secs.

• Enter the registered email and password to login to the application.

How to Reset Password

• Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the login page.
• Enter the email address which is used for registration and click on "Submit".
• Once you get the success notification, you will receive an email in the registered email address used for the above steps. It has a link on click of which the Reset Password page opens.
• Enter the new Password and confirm password and submit the same.
• SSO users are not allowed to not allowed to reset password and one should use the registered email to reset the password.
