Anytime users(Non admin) face any issue with the XCP Commerce manager, you may see an error banner with the Tracking Id. Please do share it with the system admin team.
The admin can use the Offer Intelligence console to analyze the issue.
Click on the Offer Intelligence Console under the Support Tools from the Left Handside Navigation.
The Offer Intelligence console opens in a new tab where user can select the environmanet where the issue is encountered.
