The User Dashboard is only visible to the Tenant Admin, as only the admin can grant write access.
User Dashboard lists the number of users created by the particular tenant.
It also provides the number of active and disabled user counts.
The table contains the user details such as Name, Email, Status, Login Type, Created Date, Last Login, Action.
It provides a link to reset the password.
Enable/Disable User/Managing roles
On click of any row, shows the Roles and its status for that user.
Admin/Role management role user can use the switch provided at the top to make the users account active/disabled.
Role management user can provide/revoke write access, promote access or delete access to other roles except tenant admin and role management role.
For Disabled users, for any read/write permission change, we need to enable the user first
My Access Dashboard
For Non-Admin users, the left-side navigation bar will display "My Access" instead of "Users".
Clicking on "My Access" from the left-hand navigation will navigate the user to the My Access Dashboard page.
The dashboard displays all the roles with the logged-in user's access, and everything will be in a disabled state. It is only for viewing, and users cannot enable or disable anything.
Users with "tenant_admin" role or role management role will be able to turn ON/OFF the Read/Write/Delete/Promote permissions.
